| Optional Events and Tickets
The assembly schedule includes many optional
activities, described in the day-by-day schedule
 .
Some of these will conflict with assembly business meetings.
They are planned for observers and others without official responsibilities
during business meetings.
Note that many events require tickets. Order
tickets by using the ticket
order form
or online.
The deadline for advance ticket sales is June
4. Remaining tickets to some events will be on sale beginning
Friday, June 25, at the on-site registration counter at the
convention center.
Order tickets as soon as possible, as some
events will sell out. Event sponsors reserve the right to cancel
events if a minimum number of tickets are not sold by June 4.
Other than for canceled events, the Office
of the General Assembly will give no refunds after June 4.
Tickets will be distributed with participants’
assembly badges at the assembly.
