BIRMINGHAM, June 18 — General Assembly Procedures committee concluded business late Sunday afternoon. The final items of business primarily dealt with details about the Committee on the Office of the General Assembly (COGA).
The item generating the most discussion was a commissioner's resolution addressing the open meeting policy. The item was referred to COGA with instructions to report to the 218th General Assembly (2008). The resolution seeks advance notice of meetings on the PC(USA) Web site and the furnishing of materials to observers. |
